Flying on NonFlying Area Hackers or Bug Abuser

I need not to go on details about this. Picture is more than enough proof. This character is flying in Gelkamos and destroyed our kisk which is located inside the cave where all other elyos used to set up kisk. Along with this matter. There are also invisible characters which continuously hitting us. And as i used my AOE and even the eye/detect it didn't work. Hope this issue will be address the soonest possible.
