Flying Reconnaissance Quest.

    I'm level 55 now and was hoping to complete my quests. Though I'm having problems with the flying reconnaissance quest in verteron the part where I should lure the Tursin Loudmouth Chief/Boss. I've done everything to lure the boss to the NPC Meteina but the quest cut scene never appeared. Please help me out. :(
