how are people able to fly everywhere while i cant?

for example i can only fly inside the altgard fortres while the others can go throught that barrier which leads to mindhel forest...?

 

it depends the place where you trying to go, at beluslan and heiron, outside the city you cannot open wings, if someone else do in these cities, they just using fly abuse, cause cant use wings outside these places,

as for the other cities, you can free fly at anyplace in pandaemonium/sanctus, altgard/verteron, morheim/ethien, heiron/beluslan and theomobos/brusthonin

so close your aion, go to your aion folder (ncsoft/aion) and search for a file named system.ovr, then open this file on your notepad, and change whats written there for this
