    Seriously.. everything is just fine on this server. All it needs is Good maintenence and Ping, Those are the Cons

    Ping cannot be changed unless the server host location is moved. Ping is dependent from where you connect to the server from. This delay can be reduced by a ping reducer. If you're referring to the stability of server, that is different issue.
    There's actually a lot of things wrong with the server. Most of which revolves around the word: Greed.
