for the siel's spear

uhm so, I'm trying to do quest "the koligran" to get the chest. I'm not sure if you are familiar with the quest, however, one needs to collect 20 items from some repeatable quests. Those repeatable quests require you to kill something like 240-260 monsters each around sarpan/tiamaranta.

There are 8 of these so that you can choose which monsters you'd prefer to kill.

Now, I killed 260 for the quest "The balaur massacre" and it says "report to Orn". However nothing shows up from Orn...
Another quest ( fall of the vasharti")requires you to kill pagatis in the cavalry base in tiamaranta. No matter how many you kill counter remains at 0...
And yet another quest, "Brohum brouhaha", can't be taken from the npc...

I have yet to test the other 5 quests but I'd like to know if someone did the quest and, if yes, which one they did to get the required items

You finished the Steps to the Spear?oh my God how did you do that? Ive been looking for the third NPC in Tiamaranta but I couldnt find it
