    Hallo.

    I have played Aion in your server before half an year and now I can't enter my acc
    becouse I don't remember it but I do know the name of my hero. It is Rockhart and
    it is in Siel.

    Please help.

    put the email u registered with. if u cant do that ur gonna have a hell of a hard time proving the account is urs xd aka "hmm this guy looks rich, lets get his full login from the staff just by knowing his name" xd

    edit: if u didnt login for 6-7 months, the account is likely deleted due to inactivity
