Fort status Vulnerable / Invulernable not correct?

    How come I can never see the correct status for forts? It's always invulnerable. Many people cannot see the right status, but a few people can see it correctly. How come? How do i fix it? please teach me thanks. The ones that can see correctly have way more advantage because they can go to that fort early and organize seige.
