Fortress and artifact fix [For GM]

    Hallo Gamez aion.

    I know a lil about programming and saw that there is a small
    bug on the fortresses and artifacts. The name of the legion that toke the artifact dose not appear.

    How to fix this:

    Go to you database. Every legion has its own ID
    they should all be 80982 for example. Basically beginning with an 8, now change that into a 6.
    so if the legion ID was: 81919 or whatever make it into: 61919

    That will fix this issue ;)
    (sorry for my bad english :innocent:)
