FPS low

    Hello as the title says ,

    my fps in game seems to be just sitting around 40fps , regardless on what settings i put

    unlike in retail where i get constant 60fps without a problem

    make sure low power option isn't enabled in graphics settings.

    yah everything is the same setup as in retail , when i go to heidel , i get like 10 to 18fps , but in retail i got stable 60fps ,
