FPS problem when mouse is moving

    Lately i'm having a problem with this fps drop
    Last night I updated my nvidia drivers with recent updates and the problem is solved
    BUT
    Today, I log in to my account and the problem is there again
    I don't know why moving mouse causes fps drop
    I tried to reset all setting but it's not fixed yet
    Anyone have an idea how to fix the problem?
