FPS variety ><

Hi guys , so , my problem is the one with FPS droppin level. The problem is that , sometimes i got around 40-60 fps for some seconds and after , high droppin level to 10-20 fps for some minutes lol . I updated my graphic card 2 latest driver , i always clean my pc , boostin up with Game booster and stuffs.
I'm playin on a lap and there are my specs:
Intel i7 - 2.0 GHz with boost up to 2.9 ghz.
Nvidia GT 540m 1GB up to 1760 with turbocache.
4 GB of RAM.

So yup , any solutions?

You can try to lower your graphic settings at least while PvPing. Turn every single option to the lowest possible except Object Range, you'd always need this one at max. Turn on Character LOD, turn off Full Screen Skill Effect, Glow Effect and Weather. You can also try to Hide Other PCs which is Shift + F12 in default key mapping but this won't let you watch what's going on around you. Lastly, play in Full Screen mode as much as possible.
