fragment of memory 3 got bugged or lost?

    in fragment of memory 3 quest, find and kill the betrayer Betrayer Icanorix. i lost track of the quest when pursuing icanorix, when i teleported to the npc after talking toPeitho. i dont know if its bug, coz whenever i move, i got teleported back to the last npc i talk. anyone can help me?
