    If my laptop has the following specs:

    Intel Core i5-7200U 2.5Ghz
    Nvidia Geforce 940mx 2gb dedicated vram
    4gb RAM

    is it possible to play with a constant 60fps setting? if yes, how?

    Lowering the game's graphics in the Game Options is one of the ways to increase your FPS. As for whether it would be enough for that number constantly, I am not really sure but definitely should play around with the settings for a smoother gameplay.
