Aaahh How exciting, I thought a proxy service would not work on a private server, but I spent some time reading up stuff on Battleping and its very promising, going to give it a go when I get home from work.

As to the latency fix yeah I had that going on my old compy and it helped however with my new on I think I got a bit confused with Windows 7 coz it offers the 64 bit mode but now from what I understand I am in 32 bit mode, point being the latency fix seems to not be working, perhaps I screwed it up the second time or perhaps it varies for Windows 7, or perhaps being the least technically minded person to play MMOs in the world im just fail in that aspect >_>

I do understand however that my biggest problem is due to packet loss, this is why I suffer so badly from rubber banding, and I dont think that latency fix will help much, Battleping however might. Fingers crossed.

Any help?

Also, I repaired all the files twice and used the .ovr that hitkill gave and it still won't work. (No free flight on poeta/other places.)

Edit: I don't know what the hell is going on but now the ovr system won't let me save the settings saying "acess denied"
This whole thing is bugging me.
Can someone send me their .ovr file or anything. I tried everything and right now, I really can't be bothered anymore and I'm pretty frustrated.

Hi I have the same problem and found the file to change like Assassinrush recommended, but "computer says No" xD when i want to save the changed file.:whistling:

oh btw, i reinstalled the launcher and it didnt work either.

had the same problem and the soultion i came up with was to put a tick in the shortcut near the 'run as administrator'.
