How many Free Stigmas do you even want each user to have anyways?

Like enough for 5 full stigma remake?

 

Its around 4k or 3.5k stigmas for a full remake for 5 that should be around 20k shards.

 

Yo, i've spent hours of stigma shard creating chars delete hype create training <.< why would siel players get free shards :< i mean 3 years ago when i switched from siel over to lumiel i knew it was a stigma server so.... Brought around 50k shards with me xD

Nah but on a serious note, right now there are more important things to take care of (transfers) than adding players stigma shards. It may happen i don't know. But i doubt it to be any time soon (if it happens).

Each people participating here would have had the time to farm 30k shards while asking for free stuff.

All you need is 4k shards to make sure you can do any build.
It takes 10 mins to farm 4k.

Considering there are 1k free shards for new characters and quests giving more than 2k shards.

Newly created characters are awarded with 1000 Stigma Shards.
In order to unlock your stigma slots, you will need to complete the No Escaping Destiny quest for Asmodians and the A Sliver of Darkness quest for Elyos, gaining another 750 shards.
Further more can be obtained from Last Train Home, a quest started in Danaria by Muti which will reward you with additional 2152 shards, as Kretia already mentioned.
1000+750+2152 = 3902, enough to socket almost any stigma build.
Considering you can get between 2 and 5 shards dropping from each mob in almost any map, getting 4-5k stigma shards will only take a few minutes of your time.
As if it was not enough, you can still purchase 100 stigma shards for 10 credits from the black cloud shop, although you won't need to rely on this to get good amounts of shards.

Getting everything for free ruins the gameplay experience, therefore we will not increase the amount of shards awarded to new players anymore.
