Freezing on the server screen

I haven't been able to log in for hours. My game freezes at the chose server screen. It lets me choose but then doesn't do anything. I was playing on the east server when it crashed and couldn't log back in so I went to bed. When I tried to log in again the east lumiel server was gone. Now I can't log in on the regular server. Can someone please help me? )))

 

hmmmm did u try restarting your computer? or mabye it is your internet. If it is none of those open NC soft click on aion and then click repair then it should be back to normal ^^:wink:

 

Yeps, I rebooted several times and even disconnected my router a few times. I'll give the repair thingie a go now. Tyvm ))

I tried to repair and it did not solve my problem. Still cant get past the server screen. It still moves and has sound but the game does load from there. It appears that I'm logged in and after a while it says I have been disconnected because of being AFK for so long. Can someone please me help me? I think my char is stuck or it has something to do with the fact I was playing on East lumiel when it happened. Thanks in advance for all your help.

Also, is there anyway to retrieve my username and password that I registered with? I can't remember it.:andy:
