Friend Registration/Request Add Friend bug

    Hello all GMs/Admins. I'm having this problem for a while already. Whenever i tried to add someone in my buddylist or others try add me, the request bar won't come out. I already checked Options and i didn't checked the bar for Decline friend registration. Can anyone help me fix this bug or any solutions? Thanks so much!
