Friends list broken.

i have exactly 10 friends and it tells me its full and i keep looseing friends that i could have added =(

 

its always been broken. i have te same person on it like 10 times

 

yes, I hope this can be fix because I gain so many friends in game but ended up forgetting them because of miscommunication..

so i don't post a new thread.. i have a similar problem, few months ago i was getting the same thing-friend list full-
now i just can't add anyone for no reason. when someone sends me a friend request, i hear that pop out sound but i see nothing and the person sending me that request just gets-declined.
i did check over and over again my settings, i do not have-decline request turned on.
funny thing is.. this happens only with the character i play the most with, with all my others i can add whoever i want.
can this be fixed?
