Fughar Secret book of success

Hello admins i am having an issue with getting the quest [Grad supports] Fughar's secrets of success.

I just graduated yesterday and completed all the transitions from tuvala to norm server tuvala but the quest wont pop up i also comepleted Perillas star quest line which was like 40 or so quests.

Also did not get the coupon for the graduating to get the perillas star.

I completed the the full quest line of perillas star.

Is this resolved? Because i didnt have the book either ... i only have sucessfully took Perilas Star quest line ... not summer nor winter

 

nope still have no resolve ive done all main quests aswell still nothing.
