Gah, I do know Ritalin and steroids are becoming more and more popular, but I don't think its that big of an issue. They're just freaking overachievers. I don't doubt that they're killing their bodies though

I've been in College twice. First, I studied Culinary Arts for almost 2years and did nothing but to study hard, and gave up my social life. I wake up, go to school, go home, sleep. Then same thing the next day. I seriously felt bored. But after all the boredom I have chosen for my life, for me it's worthy. After getting my certificate, I studied in a University. I took the course I really wanted (the course I more wanted than Culinary) - Education. But I found it funny how I took my chance for granted. I didn't study hard just the way I used to when I was still studying Culinary and I always get lame grades because I spend more of my time with friends, partying, drinking than to go home straight after class, study and sleep. Well, I don't regret it though, I have learned many things - the things I shouldn't and should do that I will never learn if I didn't experience the other side of life.

About the meaning of a story/poem, I always ask for debate about that matter to my teacher/professor if I feel like we both understood the story differently. And doing it is fine, debating doesn't mean arguing but sharing the thoughts you both have in mind and feed each other if what you think about the plot is different from one another. In the end, it's for the WIN of the two of you. It just take a lot of guts to ask sometimes. That's why some of my classmates just shut themselves up when the debate is on Q.Q
