Furniture missing

Last Thursday I sent the following to Noyah. Yesterday I sent it to Kolka. I still have not received an acknowledgement from either one of them and I am hoping that someone else is around that may be able to help me, thanks:

Hello: I purchase a bunch of furniture items from the pearl shop today and all I got were the juke boxes, wall covering and floor covering. There were furniture sets and place settings that I did not get. Could you please review my purchases and give me the missing items? I can't give you quantifies or what they were exactly because. I
did not realize that they would not appear when I went into placement mode. I think it was about 6000 or so worth of items. So, no small amount. Thank you for your
help with this important matter.

 

Please check your storage and your pearl inventory to make sure.

 

Uoryo: Thanks for responding to this post. At your request I double checked my pearl inventory and I went into one of my homes then into place mode and there is nothing there.

 

I looked this morning and discovered that all my furniture is now in my inventory.
