Fusing Tome

    When fusing Arbiter's tome with an attack speed Spellbook, which of the 2 would u keep? It seems arbiter's is easy to get thru credit but an attack speed spellbook(like tatar's flawless tome) is kinda rare to find. Although it's easier to trade an Arbiter's Tome. I'm having second thought on which one is good to keep...

    Arbiter is the one you keep and the attack speed is the one you destroy.

    Tatar's flawless tome can be dropped by the NPC boss Tatar which is 100% working & dropping, so it's not that rare if you take some time to farm it.

    It's best to fuse Arbiter first as it has more value and overall better stats, other then having cast speed instead of attack speed, which doesn't decrease it's value as cast speed is just as important as attack speed.
