    i know that weapons can be merge at the same type...

    is it possible to merge same typs of armor or same type of jewelries?
    if it is possible where should i go [NPC direction PLEASE]

    No, you can't. You can just fuse weapons.

    Update on this, you can only fuse 2 handed weapons. Basically, anything besides Swords, Daggers, Maces, Shields, and Pistols. That's just about everything I can think of.
