Game can't load web-based UI (such as beauty album, boss timer, etc.)

Hi, I want to report a problem regarding the web-based content that can't load on my game. I tried using a laptop, a PC, main and alt account, all to no avail. I also tried running at compatibility mode as admin, turning off antivirus and firewall, but the result won't change. My internet connection is stable at 1mB/s. Please help.

Edit: forgot to say that all of them are running on windows 10 x64

 

Was fine yesterday. But today, it's happening to me too. Might need a server restart or fix.
