Solved game closes and says there is a new update multiple times a day again

i had opened a thread about this on monday and it was solved or so i thought.

while playing, the game closes and i get a message that there is a new update, problem is this happens MULTIPLE times a day! i have to close the launcher through the task manager, when i try to close it normal it says that its "updating" while thats obviously not the case. when start the game from 0 again it does the same thing again and again. would appreciate it alot if someone could help me out here. i tryed forced check times, it worked the first time but only for a day, the other times it didnt do anything except resetteing my setting and keybinds. is this a known issue or am i the only one experiencing this? pls help, the game is unplayable for me right now and its quite annoying to restart the game every 30-40 minutes.
