game closing without no error

Guys i need help i just download this game then played 4 hours and game closed. Now I'm trying to play game but when I move with my character game closing I need heeeeeeeeeelp

 

If you're still running into this issue after this past maintenance, try clearing game cache.

 

I had same error and delete the cache file in client folder and still same

 

make a force check. this reeks of corupted files. Did your pc crash or did you shut it down with holding pwr button?

 

Open your Launcher, click "Settings" and then "Force Check". It will verify the integration of your game files.

 

I do force check many time as a solution but still same

After updating your game, if the issue persist, try the following:
Navigate to the following destinations and delete all in:
• C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\GamezBDO
• C\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\GamezBDO

To see these folders, follow the steps below:
• Open Windows File Explorer;
• Check the VIEW / SHOW HIDDEN FILES box at the top.
