Game crashed when entering server

    Hi, can anyone help me regarding my problem
    It's when i'm on server screen and try to enter it the game become freeze and then immediately crashed
    and after that the launcher trying to check the file but stopped and the status become torrent error

    okay, i've been trying to fix it using the guide and i already can enter character selection
    the problem is where is the location of cache folder and client version in the main folder? i cant seems to find it to delete it

    could try to delete the whole folder and redownloading it. Also on loading screen shows on the bottom "if game keeps crashing try using a vpn".

    I've at least succeed entering the game but it seems I really really have high ping and need to search a better VPN
    If you guys have any suggestions about VPN pls give some information
