Game Crashes on Loading Screen

Hey all, new to the GameZ Community, had a friend put me onto this private server, just having an issue with the game crashing on the loading screen, no matter what I try....PC is fine, i7-9700K - 2080ti - 32gb of Ram so no issues there, it just hangs for a bit when selecting my character then crashes during the loading screen...has anyone came across this issue? also tried running in Administrator and nothing.

Let's try the following:
Open your Launcher Settings and do a "Force Check", wait for the launcher to finish and try login again.

 

I have been playing this server for 20 days but today I also got the same error and tried following the instructions but still can't get into the game. Login to the character then load the error. Should I delete the whole game and reinstall it?
