Game crashes on startup

I've installed both Black Desert Online and the GamezBD launcher, but when I start the game, after briefly showing the Smart Guard window, it crashes without leaving any error message and reopens the launcher.
I'm pretty sure it's not the antivirus, the firewall or windows defender and there shouldn't be any thrid-party software conflict.
At this point I've checked every thread on this forum that shared a similar problem, but none of those solution seem to work.
Any suggestion?

 

Have you installed the GamezBD into another version of the game?

Have you tried deleting your username\documents\bdo folder?

 

Yeah I tried that, but it turns out that I had to completely uninstall my antivirus to get the game to work.
So problem solved, thanks anyway
