game crashes when ch selection

    me and my friend cant play gamezbd together we are currently in an internet cafe and i can get in the server and play it but when my friend gets in it closes the game is it about the same ip address or something pls help me fix it and when we open the server it does this https://i.hizliresim.com/y6B3kN.png the 972 version didnt do that it says something like cant run multiple clients but we are on seperate pc s
