game crashing after character selection screen

its like the moment you enter your character you lose connection to the game this happend to me on Retail BDO also but i still dont understand whats going on

 

Log onto gamezbd.net and go to characters,then choose rescue

 

nope doesnt change it i just crash its some sort of connection issue but only BDO has is in general

 

Last time I helped someone with the exact same problem it was comodo antivirus that caused the game to crash immediately after selecting a character. I'm pretty sure avast is causing the game to crash as well.

 

Noyah tbh im using AVG but somtimes when i open the GameZ launcher it pops a antivirus message i tried shutting avg off and starting the game and it didnt help. could avg be deleting a file or something?

I´m stuck at the same problem
Im using Kaspersky - though I tried with removing any priv restrictions and agian with it being turned off completely
is there a way to check for dmged client files?

 

Have the same issue, i'm using Trend Micro antivirus, but that does not seem to be the problem
I'm able to play when i use a VPN, not when i'm not using, could be some port blocking problem, anyone has idea how to check or bypass it?
