Game Crashing After Select Char and Login

    Hi, is there anyone got the same problem as I got...
    I just got disconnect....when afk....after that...I tried to login......
    I can login to the char select page...after select the char and login, the whole screen went black after that a few second, it will auto close the game...after that I restart my pc, but still got this problem
