Game crashes after Kakao games logo appears, launcher just appears again and no errors are given, my GPU drivers are up to date
edit: deleting service.ini file seemed to work at first, i got to the point of selecting a server, than it said disconnected from the server and i was back to the launcher, and keeps happening again and again

Try the following, it actually helped to players with the exact same problem.
    1. Make sure your video card drivers are up to date.
Go to Start -> Search -> type Device Manager -> Display Adapters -> Right click on your video card -> Update Driver Software -> Search automatically for updated driver software.
    2. Delete the Service.ini from Black Desert Online folder.
    3. Set exceptions to GamezBD Launcher and Black Desert Online.

Game barely opens anymore, it opens a black screen and in a matter of a sec or two, the launcher opens up again with no errors showing

    Did you set exceptions?

    Hello everyone.

Avast has an issue where if you set something to exclusion via Virus Chest, it will still remove it.

    How to fix:
Open AVAST User Interface -> Settings (Bottom Left) -> General Tab (Opens by default) -> Exclusions (Scroll down) -> Under "File Paths" add these files:
    "C:\Program Files (x86)\GamezBD Launcher"
    &
    "A:\BDO\"
Note: If you installed BDO / Gamez Launcher else where, replace both file paths respectively.
    Then do the following:
Open AVAST User Interface -> Protection -> Virus Chest (Top Right option) -> and if you see a Gamez-related file, restore it and it'll no longer delete it.

Not just Avast but COMMODO antivirus, Geforce Experience Overlay and MSI Afterburner as well.

Just in case anyone else still has this problem. Delete Service.ini and in the launcher settings check "Check for language pack updates at startup" and press save. Without the check it still crashed for me.
