Game does not open!

    Opens the launcher normally, just after entering the game on the loading screen with the name "Kakaogames" closes the game alone and opens the launcher next!
    And no error message appears, or error code, I do not know what it can be!
    I took some SS more I believe I have no information that will help.

    Make sure your video card drivers are up to date.
    Go to Start > Search > type Device Manager > Display Adapters> Right click on your video card > Update Driver Software > Search automatically for updated driver software.

    Noyah I updated all the drivers of my video card and it did not work, enter the screen and then close the game, and open the launcher!
    Please help me !

    Did you set exceptions to Black Desert Online folder and GamezBD launcher? It may also be a xigncode related issue.
