Game doesn't start

Hello,
i have problem my game have "failed to ini security" and

I have remove all protection windows defenders antivirus ...
I have DL the visual pack
And rename my folder for checkstatus and i have make forcecheck.
And i have deleted the d3d9 and other name

I have redl the game,
just for info my game is BDO steam.
