GAME FREEZE AND CRASH

    First of all sorry about my english

    With the last update i have a lot of problem, first i cant connect but i made everything to play following this thread (http://forum.gameznetwork.com/threads/advanced-install-and-troubleshooting.206362/) then i can connect and play but 5 min later game freeze, yesterday don freeze but crash when i was grinding, seriusly i want a answer if u cant resolve i get my money back.

    WHen game trying to connect this screen (Screen below) take a long time

    Make sure your video card drivers are up to date.
    Go to Start -> Search -> type Device Manager -> Display Adapters -> Right click on your video card -> Update Driver Software -> Search automatically for updated driver software.

    I have been playing fine but yesterday and today every time i go to the northern wheat plantation i freeze and crash. no where else in the game do i have this issue but in that area. any suggestions?
