Game Freezing Every 5 Seconds

Hey there, I'm having problems with the game recently, no matter what setting i use i get a freeze every 5 or so seconds. I'm a PvP player and i go to NW every day so this is pretty much a reason to quit. I quit retail for this exact reason after more than a month of talking to retail staff support about it.

I've been playing on the NA server since 2 weeks after it's launch, and then the EU server since the start, I've had no lag problems on it since now. Nothing else on my PC is lagging, no other games lag, just BDO. I'm in the middle of upgrading my PC so I've made a lot of little micro changes here and there. I did changes 1 by 1 and waited to see if something broke but nothing did, and then 2 days later after i stopped doing changes BDO went bad. Most recently i had to move my program files from my C drive to my D drive since it was like 95% full. I went into Registry edit and changed the program files from C drive to D drive and such. I've ran file force check in the GameZ BD launcher and it was OK. - If you can help that would be good thank you.

P.s I started lagging on retail JUST after a certain update 2 years ago, i came over to here and didn't lag. I started lagging around 2-4 days ago so if you've done some changes please tell me so i can check.

Yeah the problems as far as I know lie with the EU-server hardware/software, however I cannot rule out that something is specifically wrong on your end. So...I know not really helpful, but at least you know that you are not the only one experiencing lag now and then.
