Game going Black, then continuing without effects

Hi Guys, im having an annoying problem here.
After coming back from a long break, something that never occured to me ever before happens regularly.
My game goes black, and for like 15 seconds I can only kill it via task manager. If I dont kill the game tho, it will continue.
Problem is, all of the effects are gone. Thats pretty annoying. Thats not the main problem tho, Grinding harder areas with constant blackscreens gets me killed.
My Laptop which runs windows 10 as well runs the game smooth with the same options... I transfered them just to check.
I redownloaded the game multiple times, and even reinstalled windows 10.
I run the most up to date nvidia drivers, installed the complete ms runtime package that was somewhere linked here in the forums, and I have no clue how to resolve this issue. If that matters, my System specs are Win 10, i4790k, 1080ti, 16gb ram.
Please Guys, anyone who got some ideas on what the problem could be, let me have it, Im sick of this.
