Game is still saying i have the wrong HWID

hey, when i got back from vacation the game started saying i had a blocked wrong HWID. i didnt do anything wrong so idk why its saying my hwid is blocked. and i didnt share my account or log in on any computer other than my own. please help me. i want to play GameZ. The website says i have no ban so i have no clue why i cant log in. https://imgur.com/a/ISSlUn9

 

Go to the site and log in. then go to the cabinet, and go to the security section. at this point uncheck: Lock account to this PC configuration. Return to the game then return to the site do the same procedure and reactivate the check to have the 2 ap and 2 dp of the old moon treaty token

Merhabalar, benzer bir durumla karşı karşıyayım yardım lazım. Güvenli bilgisayar seçeneğini kaldırdığımda e posta gönderiyor. E postama gelen linke tıkladığımda hiç birşey değişmiyor. Yani o güvenli bilgisayar seçeneğini kaldıramıyorum. Yarım edin!!!
