Game Issues

Well, yesrterday i was playing normally but after rekram/kolka boss i got some disconnects and crashs, after it my game doesn't want to open, stuck at "Cant find running client, try run game and client again", and if open, the game stuck at 1fps at character select screen, even if i restart the PC and game keep at it.

OBS: I tried the force check, update the video drivers, even, I even redownload the game but keep at it, started after the last update.

 

Buenas : tuve problemas en la misión (Valencia) alguien de confianza . objetivo : trabajador de yonal . Y en el momento que fui trasladado al npc para acertar la misión salí por debajo de los gráficos y no pude aceptar la misión . quisiera que si pudieran me restablecieran la misión al punto en que me vuelven a trasladar al npc para poder completarla. Gracias espero respuestas.

Good: I had problems in the mission (Valencia) someone I trust. objective : yonal worker. And the moment I was transferred to the npc to hit the mission I came out below the graphics and could not accept the mission. I would like if they could to reset the mission to the point where I am transferred back to the npc to be able to complete it. Thank you I hope answers.
