Game keeps crashing need help

My game has been crashing for the whole day now. I login to launcher and reach til character selection, the moment I choose my character to load in it crashes. gamezbd launcher and blackdesert is already set to exceptions, nvidia overlay is turned off, and already deleted service.ini multiple times. I have also disabled my windows defender at this point and did the force check on the launcher. I hope you guys can help me so I can make the most out of my premium

i have had same tousand of problems when i started playing.
This thread explain almost every problem.

 

Got the same problem again, last night was able to log in before the patch, but in the morning I always get disconnected in the NA server. Checked my internet connection- was working fine, deleted the cache folder and made a file check, also did character rescue from the website, but still unable to log in. after character loading screen, the character pops in a few seconds then disconnects, sometimes it went back to character selection screen. Tried to make a character in the EU server and is working fine... I think this is more of a server connection issue, especially to NA server.

 

I had to download the game from scratch.. now I can load in the game and walk for 10 seconds before it throws me back to character screen.

 

where are you guys from? i'm from PH, Globe isp. i think the problem is the isp

howd you say its Globe's fault. i can play other games with it, mostly NA servers. I only crash on this one for some reason
