Resolved Game launcher doesn't launch anymore

The game was working fine until today when i couldn't find a way to launch the launcher. whenever i try to launch it, i can see the .exe appear in my task manager and after like 10 seconds it disappears. one major thing to note is that my pc randomly crashed when i was about to launch the game from the launcher, after it restarted, i wasn't able to launch it again. tried to delete and download the launcher again, but that didn't help. any suggestions what might be the cause for this ?

 

Does anyone know how to solve this?

Got same problem; asked Kolka and he answered that I need to open ports 80 and 443. Did it but nothing happened.

 

PM him again and send him screenshots and explained that nothing worked.

 

Hi,
i have a simmilar problem. I havent played for around a month, before latest update 855 got live. Nevertheless i had downloaded the patch, due to its size, in advance for convinience and just copied the content over the game folder and startet to launcher.

Today i tried to start the game, but it wont. All i see after starting the launcher, is a new "Smart Guard" label saying Lanuching Game, then it throws an error:

Error occured while starting the programm:
Error code: 0301 000004C9
The remote computer declined network connection.

Searching for this error code, i couldnt find anything useful... The most significant change i made since last time i played, is upgrading OS to Windows 10 1809.

It has been fixed on its own or you guys changed something under the hood.

Today i started the game and it works fine, i didnt change anything yesterday.
The error code may be misleading since i understood that the gameserver was meant as "remote computer" i couldnt connect too.
I do not use any third party tools for playing BDO.
