Game not launching

    I know theres a few threads regarding this problem but cant see any solutions on them. My issue is when i launch the game the "smart guard" screen appears saying the game is launching, then just disappears and the launcher pops back up again with no error code. Ive deleted the cache folder, force checked about 6 times now, deleted the services.ini etc but nothing is working

    it was my anti virus. something must have changed in a patch that was making my anti virus stopping it from loading. i use bitdefender which has a "Advanced Threat Defence" built in. i all ready added the bdo.exe to the anti virus acceptions a while ago but now i need to completly stop this anti virus feature for bdo to work again.
    Hope this helps in finding a solution for you
