game not launching

    click gamezbdo icon on desktops
    agree to allow program to make changes to device
    launcher opens
    login
    hit start
    black window with title "379720" opens
    window closes after 1 sec
    launcher reopens
    unknown[1].png

    tried clearing cache, UAC settings set to default

    Nothing I try is working. Tried reinstalling gamez launcher, have deleted app data. Now the black screen with 379720 doesn't pop up but the launcher just disappears when I hit play then pops back up but the game never actually launches.

    Okay after doing full reinstall of bdo and gamez plus doing force check I got it worked out.
