what it does those 2 things on game options>interface>equippement tooltips and auto-arrange windows,what they are for???

 

Hello, equipment tooltips allow you to compare your currently equipped items with other items, like this

If you disable this option you won't be able to compare your equipped items.
Auto-arrange windows, this should place your opened windows in some order I guess, but I have just tried with many windows opened and nothing happened, so I don't really know what's the purpose of this option if it doesn't do anything.
