Game shuts itself without message

    I have downloaded this game about 3 hours ago. First I installed this game in the same drive (D) of another Black Desert
    after that I have moved Gamezbd to Drive E and play.

    after I've been playing for 3-5 minutes ,It always shuts itself and no any message.
    I have turned off real-time protection of ESET and Windows Defender already but it still shuts itself

    Please help. Thank you
