game start please help T-T

    Hello,
    I have something problem to game start..

    Yesterday, after computer formatting, I tried to download the client again and play the game.

    External Hard usb and newly downloaded files have the same symptoms as sentence

    SmartGuard has decided to close this game session. (Event code: 401)

    please tell me how to fix it. T-T...
    fix spend my time 10hours..

    I've tried everything I can.
    Re-download Game Clients / Re-Download Direct X / Check Client Files, etc.
    But he's been having trouble with that.
