Game starting problem

Hi!
I downloaded the aion client successfully and installed the gamez aion launcher, too. Fortunatelly when i start gamezaion launcher it verifies the files. I click start game when i see a little picture about the game and after then nothing happening. Please help me. Sorry for my bad English.
My operation system is win 7 32bit


Finally I managed to start the game about 20 min waiting. It's not good i think there will be some problem, my internet connection and pc parameters are far good enough.
So cool a stucked in select server screen can anyone help me ?

 

What's your Aion version? If it's 4.5 (the one your downloaded from NCSoft Launcher) you should apply :

to downgrade your game to 4.0 as Gamez didn't upgrade to 4.5 yet.
