Game stuck at 100% patched

I know I've seen this somewhere, but can not find the post about how to fix this. Trying to get my friend into the private server, however the game is stuck at 100% patched for him.

 

Hey it usually is stuck for a while if it is stuck for more that 30+mins then restart the launcher. If that doesn't help PM Lareldal or Kolka on discord or tag Noyah here. They can help you out a lot more than I can.

 

Reinstall the launcher and it doesn't work try force checking files.

 

So when he downloads the launcher from http://forum.gameznetwork.com/threads/gamezbd-connection-guide.202666/ He doesn't get all the stuff in the folder, he only gets the launcher. He's tried re-installing the launcher, and tried force checking the files. Hes just back on the 100% patched downloading again.

One. He was right to say to contact a moderator. We already took all the actions listed. This issue is resolved. Kolka got on and went through all the troubleshooting solutions and couldn't figure it out as well. Then realized his ISP was blocking a file. Which resulted in the launcher being stuck at 100%. It was not one of the common troubleshooting steps. I wouldn't bug the staff if I didn't have a legitimate issue that I have looked into and did research about and still had issues. The staff is awesome here and always helps if needed. Thank you Kolka and I'm assuming Noyah was the other user who joined in and helped fix his issue.
