Game stuck at now processing

As of recent,my game is stuck on the 'now processing' screen and i cannot connect to the game without vpn(which is fine and all but not optimal and the game also randomly crashed with vpn on).Rarely i manage to log into the game without it but it stops working again after some time(could be an isp issue but i'm not sure what kind so i ask here).

Solutions i've tried but havent worked:
1)delete usercache and cache folders
2)reset pc and router
3)force checked
4)changed dns to google dns
5)flush dns
6)turn off firewall(i have no antivirus other than win defender)
7)make exceptions for blackdesert.bin,blackdesert64.exe and smartguard.bin file in windefender
8)vpn(works but not optimal)
9)fresh install of game

 

Sounds as if you should try contacting your Internet Service Provider, and ask them what is causing this issue, since it isn't on our end the problem is, mainly because pretty much all other players can play without...so it just seems to be the most obvious problem.
